Home Voice rings your mum or dad each day for a warm, friendly chat — then sends you a simple text on how they're doing. So you can stop worrying, and just be their kid again.
Between work, kids and life, the daily calls slip. But the distance never stops the questions running in the back of your mind.
Home Voice closes that gap — gently, every day.
They don't download anything or press any buttons. They just answer the phone.
A warm, natural-sounding companion rings at a time that suits them. No app, no setup — they pick up and chat, like a friend checking in.
About the garden, the grandkids, the cricket, how they slept. The conversation feels real because it listens and remembers — day to day.
A simple text lands on your phone: how they seemed, what they chatted about, and a gentle heads-up if something sounded off.
Watch a real Home Voice check-in play out, start to finish — then see the exact update the family receives.
Press play and watch Mia ring for a short, warm chat. When the call ends, you'll see the exact update that gets texted to the family — including a gentle flag if something sounds off.
A real sample check-in, shown start to finish — this is what your family experiences every day.
An eldercare product lives or dies on trust. Here's how we earn it.
Your parent always knows Home Voice is calling. It's a daily conversation they look forward to — never a hidden camera or a microphone in their home.
We surface genuine concerns — low mood, pain, a mention of a fall, confusion — without crying wolf over every little thing.
Conversations are encrypted and stored on Australian servers. You decide exactly who gets looped in.

“Dad lives three hours away in the country. Now I get a little text every morning and I can finally breathe. Last week it flagged he sounded confused — turned out to be a UTI we caught early.”
“Mum actually looks forward to her chats with Mia. She tells me, ‘that lovely girl rang again.’ And I get to just be her son instead of her checklist.”
“I’m an only child overseas. Home Voice is the difference between lying awake worrying and actually sleeping. Worth every cent.”

Yes — always. We're upfront that Mia is a friendly assistant from Home Voice. We've found most people quickly grow to enjoy the daily chat for what it is: a warm, reliable check-in.
Home Voice is a wellbeing check-in service, not an emergency service — for emergencies, always call 000. But if a call raises a serious concern, we flag it to your family straight away so you can act fast.
That's completely fine. Calls are short, gentle and never pushy. If they're not up for a chat, that's noted in your update too — sometimes a quiet day is the signal that matters.
Yes. Up to three family members can be looped in on the standard plan, so the worry — and the caring — is shared.
Always. Conversations are encrypted and stored on Australian servers, and you control exactly who receives updates. We never sell data.

Built in Australia — we aim to reply within one business day.
Home Voice provides daily wellbeing check-in phone calls to your loved one and a summary update to nominated family members. After your 14-day free trial, your subscription is A$49 per month, billed automatically to your card until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us — cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Home Voice is a wellbeing service, not a medical, nursing, or emergency service — in an emergency always call 000.
Your first 14 days are free — cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged a cent. After the trial, you can cancel whenever you like to stop all future billing, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Monthly fees for the current period are generally non-refundable, but if something has gone wrong, email homevoicepvt@gmail.com and we'll always try to make it right.
We collect only what we need to run the service: your contact details, your loved one's name and phone number, and the content of check-in calls used to create the family summaries. We use this solely to deliver the service and the updates you've asked for — we never sell your data. Information is stored securely on Australian servers and handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing homevoicepvt@gmail.com.
